Sportsmetrics™ is the first ACL injury prevention program scientifically proven to help young athletes avoid non-contact knee injuries and improve performance. This 6 week training program begins with technique development and builds to performance enhancement.
Pre and post testing for strength and flexibility, and drop jump performance, one hour session with dynamic warm up, plyometrics, strength training and flexibility, and speed and agility training.
Athletes of all levels will benefit from participation in our Sportsmetrics™ program. An increase in core, upper body and lower body strength, balance in neuromuscular stability for the knee, improved jump dynamics and technique as well as a better awareness of body position and safer movement patterns for sporting activities will be experienced. We will tailor the strength and flexibility for your sport and address your specific needs.
Thank you for your help in my recovery. Wade and Marla have certainly helped me with their therapy after the knee surgery and the broken arm. All of you have been extremely kind as you guided me through the various exercises that have re-energized the many muscles that have helped me walk and get close to normal again.
