Bill Payments

We offer the following convenient payment options:

  • Call our billing office at 616-608-9979 to process your payment over the phone.
  • Stop into any one of our 14 locations to pay your bill in person.
  • Register for our new online patient portal by emailing the with the patient name and their date of birth. A billing assistant will email you a link to set up your own login. This is a great option to take advantage of if you are on a monthly payment plan.
  • Mail your check payment to our secure lockbox at PO Box 30516, Dept 5300 Lansing, MI  48909-8016

Insurance Partners

We are more than willing to work directly with your insurance company as an advocate on your behalf. We simply request that you call the number on the back of your insurance card to verify your own benefits and coverages. Understanding your benefits will help you review our statements to verify we’ve been provided with all of the appropriate information needed to apply your benefits.

Thank you for your help in my recovery. Wade and Marla have certainly helped me with their therapy after the knee surgery and the broken arm. All of you have been extremely kind as you guided me through the various exercises that have re-energized the many muscles that have helped me walk and get close to normal again. Your smiles, encouragements, the family atmosphere has been very helpful throughout the process. It starts with the smile and welcome that Kayla gives each time I walk in the door.
