We are more than willing to work directly with your insurance company as an advocate on your behalf. We simply request that you call the number on the back of your insurance card to verify your own benefits and coverages. Understanding your benefits will help you review our statements to verify we’ve been provided with all of the appropriate information needed to apply your benefits.

Stop into any one of our 13 locations to pay your bill in person.
Register for our new online patient portal by emailing the firstname.lastname@example.org with the patient name and their date of birth. A billing assistant will email you a link to set up your own login. This is a great option to take advantage of if you are on a monthly payment plan.
