About

We are God centered Physical Therapists that seek to glorify God by improving the physical health and well-being of our community.

Our company began in 2000 and was founded by Tom Hulst, a native of West Michigan. His vision was to create a God centered company that always put the patient first. John Jepsen joined the company shortly after and together they continued to build upon the original vision of creating remarkable patient experiences through excellent care. Today, our company proudly remains 100% local, God-centered, and patient first. We are strongly committed to our revenue staying in West Michigan communities.

Our mission and core values drive our diversity and inclusivity efforts at Hulst Jepsen Physical Therapy. We believe remarkable patient experiences and excellent care should be inclusive to all. We are committed to loving people from all walks of life and providing each person with a safe, accessible and inclusive space to heal.

We believe in hands on therapy and educating our patients. We love what we do and have fun every single day.

Healing should be convenient. Instead of waiting weeks or even months, we’ll do our best to get you in our clinic the same week you call us. Often we can even schedule your first visit within 24-48 hours!

We process your insurance information on your first visit to discover deductible requirements and copays. Copays are payable before or after each visit. Our team then sends out bills to your home for what insurance does not cover. You can pay your bills online in our payment portal or by mailing a check to our office.

Our Team

Our physical therapists love people. They’re not here to write exercises for you, but to partner with you in your healing.

Why Choose Us?

While the industry moves toward a more prescriptive method of treatment we’re committed to building relationships. This means you get hands on therapy, the same Physical Therapist for each and every visit, and access to treatment options specific to your pain.

As we’ve grown we’ve kept our offices small on purpose. This has allowed us to offer cost effective treatment plans, flexible scheduling, and same day appointments. Our Physical Therapists love working with people and are here to partner with you as you heal.
