Shawn is a licensed physical therapist and co-manager at our Caledonia location. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Calvin College in 1998 and his Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Grand Valley State University in 2002. Shawn also received his national certification as an athletic trainer in 2002, and in 2010 became a licensed athletic trainer.
His passion is in sports medicine and general orthopedics and has focused a majority of his career in these fields. He has experience in a variety of sports injuries, working with athletes of all ages and competitive levels. He also enjoys treating overuse injuries, spinal conditions, and post-surgical conditions from pediatrics to geriatrics. Shawn looks forward to serving and being an active member of the Caledonia community, where he lives with his wife and five children.
