Heather is a Certified Athletic Trainer who is currently working at South Christian High School. She graduated from Grand Valley State University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training. In 2007 she graduated from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania with a Master of Science in Exercise Science. After graduating, she moved back to West Michigan and began working at Jenison High School as the Head Athletic Trainer for 10 years. In 2016, Heather felt the Lord was calling her to step away from full-time Athletic Training to stay home with her four young boys and work a much lighter schedule.
When not working, Heather enjoys being with her family, outdoor activities, and riding four-wheelers.
