Work conditioning is an intensive, work related, goal oriented conditioning program designed to restore function including strength, power, endurance, range of motion (ROM), and functional abilities.Work conditioning is for those patients who have reached a plateau in traditional physical therapy but do not yet meet the physical demands of their job.
Participants attend 3-5 times per week with sessions lasting 2-4 hours.
Physical Therapists will tailor training sessions to the participant’s specific job demands to allow for safe return to work and injury prevention.
The staff at Hulst Jepsen Physical Therapy are very versed in all aspects of therapy. They evaluate your situation on an individual basis and your treatment is tailored directly to the issues that have brought you in for therapy.
