Stephanie Osborn is a licensed physical therapist at our Grand Haven clinic. She received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Michigan in Engineering. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Grand Valley State University in 2009 and is currently enrolled in the Doctor of Science in Physical Therapy program at Andrews University.
Stephanie has extensive experience treating orthopedics, neurology, lymphedema, oncology, geriatrics, vestibular, and women’s health. This diverse experience has led to a passion for treating the whole patient and conditions that require treatment of multiple systems such as concussion care, vestibular/falls, long COVID, and patients with persistent symptoms. She has taught concussion courses nationally and for a residency program, spreading the message of the importance of early recognition, comprehensive evaluations, and individualized treatment to improve outcomes and prevent subsequent injuries.
She had the opportunity to teach headache management at the Hospital of Specialty Surgery in New York. She has completed her COMT (Certified Orthopedic Manipulative Therapist) from NAIOMT (North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy), completed Duke/Emory Vestibular Competency Course, Concussion Corner Academy I and II courses, and Hermann Wallace Level 1-Capstone courses. She also taught vestibular and concussion courses at Andrews University and taught musculoskeletal as an adjunct at Grand Valley State University.
She is currently at Andrews University finishing her DscPT researching atypical BPPV and migraine and finishing her Fellowship in Orthopedics. She will also be starting her Advanced Vestibular Physical Therapist certification through the University of Pittsburgh this summer. Stephanie desires to help patients participate in a life they enjoy!
In her free time, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband, three daughters, and extended family/friends, traveling, skiing, running/hiking, playing any sport, playing board or card games with her family, and reading and learning about health and wellness.

This team makes me feel like I’m a part of it as opposed to just a patient. They are funny, smart, kind, and they know their business very well! They’ve always been able to explain things in a way that allowed me to understand. I will go to them for all my physical therapy from here until the end of time.
