Marissa Thomas

DPT – Doctor of Physical Therapy

Marissa is a licensed physical therapist and a center manager at our Greenville location. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Exercise Science from Grand Valley State University while competing on the GVSU women’s rugby team. In 2016, she graduated from Grand Valley State University with her Doctorate in physical therapy.

Marissa has experience working with patients of all ages and activity levels. She enjoys watching patients resume their favorite activities, hobbies, and return to their prior level of functions. She is passionate about motivating her patients to manage their symptoms through physical therapy and continuing to live healthy lifestyles long after discharge.

Marissa enjoys traveling around the world and exploring new cultures, foods, and experiences. She is passionate about not only helping people but animals as well. Her hobbies include reading, hiking, and creating new cookie recipes.
