Ryan Flynn is a licensed physical therapist at our Kentwood clinic. He went to Hope College where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Science in 2022, before moving to Nashville to attend Belmont University, where he later earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2025. Throughout his schooling and career, he has worked with many patients, including pre/post-operative patients, professional/collegiate athletes, runners, cyclists, fall risk, and other general orthopedic related diagnosis.

Ryan strives to provide the best, evidence-based, patient-centered care. He utilizes a variety of manual techniques and manipulations, as well as, modalities including dry needling, shockwave, and IASTM. He reinforces these techniques with therapeutic exercises. He loves to educate patients on their condition, prognosis, and how physical therapy may benefit them. He looks forward to helping you in any way he can.

Ryan grew up in Bloomington, Illinois where he found a love for the sport of soccer, which later brought him to Hope College, where he played for four years. Since then, he has found a passion in running and weight lifting. Ryan moved to Grand Rapids in August of 2025 and got married in September of 2025. He enjoys spending his free time running, hiking, traveling, spending time outdoors, and most importantly, spending time with his wife, Lauren.
