What to Expect

A certified personal trainer and nutrition coach will work with you one on one to help you reach your goals. You can expect personalized workouts and nutritional guidance that are formed to meet your specific needs whether you want to build strength, improve performance, lose weight, or just improve overall health.

$40 / 30-minute session
$70 / 60-minute session

*Your first session will be a free 30-minute consultation to set goals and review information about the program. Session packages are available at a discounted rate.
