Hulst Jepsen
Physical Therapy
@ Home

We understand how your life and mobility can change significantly. Our physical therapists are passionate about helping you achieve your mobility goals and return to the activities you love. A licensed physical therapist can provide treatment in the comfort of your own home! Our @Home team specializes in treating the geriatric population and helping those with acute/chronic pain, balance issues, muscle weakness, or transportation difficulties.

What to Expect

At every visit, your physical therapist will provide you with:

  • Mobility training
  • Pain management
  • Home exercise program
  • Monitor vitals
  • Balance training
  • Post-operative care
  • Range of motion, stretching and strengthening
  • Customized treatment to fit your goals

This is outpatient therapy, covered by your insurance with an applicable co-pay. For post-operative care, we coordinate your care closely with your surgeon. We also offer a client-pay option for this service if your insurance does not cover physical therapy at home.

Post-operative care
Our team also specializes in post-operative care! Our goal is to ease your transition from the hospital to outpatient physical therapy by helping you improve your functional endurance and independence in the home and community. Following your orthopedic surgery, a Hulst Jepsen licensed physical therapist will provide 1-4 visits of therapy in your home within 24 to 48 hours after discharge from the hospital. You will then experience a seamless transition to our nearest outpatient clinic to continue your rehabilitation.
