Trevis Trevino is a certified personal trainer at our East Grand Rapids location.
Trevis has worked with athletes and teams from the NBA, NHL, MLS, and Summer Olympic teams including USA Swimming, USA Basketball, USA Track & Field, and USA Weightlifting. He also works with many high-level collegiate, high school, and youth athletes across the country by specializing in recovery, nutrition, and performance with them. He also serves as the Varsity Powerlifting Coach for Kelloggsville High School where he helps his athletes with sports performance, nutrition, and recovery focus.
Even with all of his qualifications and experience, Trevis maintains a level of genuine care and concern for his athletes as people. He continues to remain humble and open-minded to new people and new experiences as he’s been through a lot in his life growing up. The lessons Trevis learned remain with him and only made him stronger and more relatable to his athletes. He never stops improving himself while fighting to improve his athletes along with him.
In his spare time, Trevis loves family time with his 3 boys, working out, fishing, hunting, bowling, and golfing. When asked why he chose this field, “I’ve always had a strong passion for sports performance and helping athletes reach their highest potential. Building relationships with my athletes, of all levels, is one of the fundamental parts of my work, and it’s one of the aspects I enjoy the most. I’ve been very blessed to travel the country and help some of our country’s best athletes achieve greatness. My hope is that I can take what I’ve learned through all my experiences and help those athletes in West Michigan become champions on and off the field.”

I appreciate the quality of their work along with how they are able to keep the atmosphere lighthearted. You are walked through every exercise you need to perform at home before leaving. There is even an app that walks you through the movements with animations to ensure you know exactly what to do at home between sessions!T.F.
