Sam Miller is a licensed physical therapist at our Gaines Township clinic. She received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Grand Valley State University in 2022 and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Grand Valley State University in 2025.
In her free time, Sam enjoys playing volleyball, reading, arts/crafts, playing board games, and spending time outdoors.

The staff shows genuine care for their patients, they’re all personable without exception, they answer all questions thoroughly, and stay on top of how I’m doing. Most importantly, I’m feeling better than I have in years with reduced pain, increased comfort, and flexibility. I can’t imagine going anywhere else for physical therapy in the future.
