Justin Mills is a licensed physical therapist at our East Grand Rapids clinic. He received his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Grand Valley State University in 2021 and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Michigan – Flint in 2025.
Justin is passionate about helping people regain confidence in movement. He is driven by the opportunity to support each patient’s unique journey, whether it be injury recovery, managing chronic pain, or optimizing performance. Justin believes in an evidence-based approach to creating personalized treatment plans that support long-term well-being.
Justin is an avid golfer and pickleballer who also loves to hike, read, and play saxophone.
