Helen Brown is a licensed physical therapist at our Cascade clinic. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Evansville in 2022, where she also earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2024.

Helen is a physical therapist who takes a holistic, whole-body approach to care. She focuses on identifying the root cause of pain while empowering patients with the tools and education needed to heal their own bodies. Using a variety of manual therapy techniques combined with individualized exercise and movement strategies, Helen helps patients decrease pain, restore function, and return to the activities they love.

In her spare time, Helen enjoys yoga, bike riding, figure skating, and walking her dog.
