Annie Hammond is a licensed physical therapist at our Grand Rapids Northeast clinic. She received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Central Michigan University in 2023. She continued on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Grand Valley State University in 2026.
Annie is an enthusiastic clinician with a special interest in pelvic health. She treats with a focus on patient safety and empowerment and loves to help patients reestablish trust in their own bodies. She values high-quality, patient-centered care and aspires to develop genuine connections with each patient, ultimately equipping them with the tools they need to succeed beyond physical therapy.
When she’s not in the clinic, Annie enjoys swimming, biking, and running. She also likes trying new foods, restaurants, and coffee shops.

Iām not an easy patient due to joint replacement complications, but the staff has gone above and beyond to get me back to normal post-surgical life and are still challenging me with new routines and treatments that are producing results.
