FAQs

Need some answers? Below are some frequently asked questions to help guide you in the healing process.

Bills are typically sent 30–45 days after your visit for any deductible or co-insurance amounts. Co-pays are expected at the time of service.

  • Contract Year: The period your insurance policy is active. Deductibles and coverage reset each contract year (typically Jan 1).
  • Allowed Amount: The maximum your insurance will pay for a service. You only pay your share of this amount.
  • Deductible: The amount you pay before insurance starts covering costs. Co-pays or co-insurance may still apply.
  • Co-pay: A fixed amount due at each visit, varying by service.
  • Co-Insurance: Your percentage of the allowed amount can change per visit.
  • Out-of-Pocket Maximum: The most you’ll pay in a year. After reaching this point, insurance covers 100% of covered services.

Communication is key. Talk with our front desk or your therapist if you have concerns. We offer flexible monthly payment plans and financial hardship options to help ensure you get the care you need.

Not necessarily. You are still responsible for any deductible, co-pays, or co-insurance as outlined in your policy.

You may receive multiple statements if visits are processed at different times. Your bill reflects all visits processed during that period, not just what was previously billed.

Coverage can change from year to year. Your deductible may have been met last year, but you may need to pay out-of-pocket if your visits occur early in a new contract year.

Charges vary by the type of treatment. For example, exercise sessions are billed differently than hands-on therapy. Treatment time can also affect the number of units billed (each unit = 15 minutes).

Our front desk contacts your insurance company to check what your policy covers for physical therapy. This is only an estimate, not a guarantee. We recommend confirming coverage with your insurance directly.
