Shayna is a licensed physical therapist at our Greenville location. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Kalamazoo College in 2003. She studied abroad at Universidad Antonio de Nebrija in Madrid, Spain. She continued her graduate education at Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine earning her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2005. She has worked in Greenville since graduation in both private practice and hospital settings. She went on to specialize as a STAR Oncology Therapist, a Certified Lymphedema Therapist, and a Pelvic Rehabilitation Clinical Specialist.
She has been specialized in pelvic health since 2013 and completed her post-doctoral training through Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. She specializes in treating men and women with pelvic pain, bowel and bladder dysfunction, dyspareunia (pain with intercourse), abdominal pain, and pre and post-operative pelvic care. She also specializes in treating women with pelvic organ prolapse, pregnancy-related pain, and post-partum care.
Shayna is passionate about creating a safe environment for patients to feel comfortable discussing these very delicate topics. She believes in empowering her clients with education and awareness on how their bodies function in order to best reach their goals. Treatment is tailored to each individual client with a goal for long term gains based on understanding the root cause of what brings them to PT.
In her free time, Shayna enjoys spending time with her husband and two beautiful daughters. She enjoys walking her dogs, yoga, hiking, traveling, biking, swimming, and music. She has been on a number of extended backpacking and bike-packing expeditions and looks forward to many more.

I had a great experience at Hulst Jepson. My physical therapist was very knowledgeable and I made great progress with their support. They are flexible with scheduling. Highly recommend!
