Caroline Oakley serves as the patient advocate at our Cascade clinic, where she is dedicated to fostering positive relationships with patients and ensuring an exceptional experience. Originally from Elkhart, Indiana, Caroline graduated from Elkhart Central High School before moving to West Michigan to attend Grand Valley State University. She joined our team in 2023 and finds joy in helping patients navigate their healthcare journeys.
In her free time, Caroline enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and dog, engaging in activities like hiking, snow skiing, and water skiing.
They were considerate of my needs when it came to scheduling and were very compassionate and knowledgeable about my injury and guided me with exercises at the facility as well as a regimen to follow on my own. Pretty much everything I could ask for – skill, knowledge, compassion, and friendliness.
