Our Story…
Hulst Jepsen Physical Therapy opened in 2000 providing each patient with one-on-one manual orthopedic physical therapy care. Being a small local company, we still want to place our energy into personalized patient care, developing small, convenient clinics close to your home or work, and building a sense of community between our patients and our therapists. We are committed to providing each patient with a comprehensive treatment plan, including manual physical therapy, gym exercises, modalities such as heat or ultrasound as needed and at home exercise program(s) to improve your health in a short amount of time. It is this commitment to individualized treatment plans that has allowed us to grow our therapy practice to multiple locations in the Grand Rapids area.

Our Physical Therapists…
Hulst Jepsen Physical Therapy employs highly qualified therapist and therapist assistants who share our commitment to delivering excellent customer service by helping people achieve great results in a short amount of time. Your Experience…
When you are treated at Hulst Jepsen Physical Therapy, you will be paired with a physical therapist who will work with you one on one and share his/her knowledge and expertise to ensure that you have a great outcome. Knowing why you are hurting and knowing what you can do to decrease the pain is a powerful tool that will help you reach your goals and return to your active lifestyle. During your visits, your therapist will most likely perform manual physical therapy, teach you exercises, and update your home program as needed. While the number of visits you will be seen depends upon your diagnosis and the severity of your injury, we do not believe in having you in therapy any longer than necessary. Most of our patients make significant improvement within 3-4 weeks and are able to continue with a home program at that time, sometimes even sooner. Visit our tips/facts page to learn some easy ways to prevent injuries.
