Jeff Carter is the center manager at our Cutlerville location. He has been a licensed physical therapist for over 25 years. Jeff graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and Kean University with his degree in physical therapy. He completed his Master's in Business Administration in 2007 at Grand Valley State University. Jeff has had experience in a variety of settings including: acute care, rehabilitation centers, sports medicine, skilled nursing rehabilitation and general orthopedic private practices. This experience enables him to treat patients of all ages (surgical and non-surgical patients) with expert care.

Jeff has extensive training and experience in manual therapy and has had great success in treating spinal and pelvic conditions as well as acute and chronic headaches. Jeff is in the process of obtaining multiple certifications in manual therapy from the International Academy of Orthopedic Medicine – US with the goal of completing an advanced Doctorate of Science in Manual Therapy from Texas Tech University. He has also served as a regional manager of a large rehabilitation company and has managed several free standing outpatient physical therapy practices. Jeff enjoys hunting, hiking, strength training, and kayaking as well as coaching soccer.
