You can request an appointment several ways.
Call central scheduling at 616.281.1144, and we can schedule an appointment for any of our six locations. Feel free to leave a message after hours, and we will call you the following day.
You can fax a prescription to 616.281.1221.

We try to offer initial evaluations within 24 hours. You are welcome to request a specific therapist.
HOURS
Hours vary slightly by location. Generally we’re available 7am-6pm Monday through Friday except for major holidays.
